Q: How does Girlzfriday charge for work undertaken? |

A: All assignments undertaken, other than "one-offs", are subject to an agreed contract that sets out a tariff of rates for individual types of work, as well as specifying turnaround times and credit terms. As an indication, hourly rates are from £11.00 per hour depending on the complexity and duration of the task. All activity is recorded in minimum 15-minute blocks, recognising that few tasks take exactly an hour, and supplied as a timesheet giving a breakdown for every invoice. |
